    You can use a VPN or Web Proxy to unblock Websites on your computer. According to me Hotspot Shield VPN is the best solution.

    You rightly said all things and i really like the way you write all methods but these methods difficult to keep remember in the school and universities i have another way to open blocked YouTube just a one click and you can open.
